How do I transfer my registration to another person?
Forward the thank you email to [email protected] and cc the person who you are granting over your seat. We’ll take it from there.
What is your cancellation policy?
100% refund 30 days before the event. If under 30 days before the event, please contact us at [email protected]
Can vendors, allied or non-dealers attend?
Unfortunately, this program is only open to dealers.

Hotel FAQ’s
Being Social has a hotel room block dedicated to event attendees. There is a limited set of discounted hotel rooms. Book your hotel stay using the Being Social hotel page here, or call 844-306-6400 and mention “Being Social”.
